This is a very good kit. Made the building process very easy. I built the shed in one weekend. The supply list was very accurate and made for minimal waste. The only complaint is I thought the kit eliminated the need for angle cuts, I was wrong. Although you still have to make angle cuts, the instructions and supplied angle template made it easy. While I have have experience working with wood to build structures this kit will give the novice wood worker a leg up. Worth the money. ... show more

It’s challenging to put together. Definitely needs a second person to help, even then I had to beat the 2x4’s into place. Not all of the brackets made the distance, neither did all of my tools.

Helped us keep our trusses angled correctly but the opening in the brackets is too tight a fit for standard 2x4. Having read this in someone else’s review we tried to insure there was room to pound the 2x4s in along the top of the roof and sides by assembling the trusses with 2x4 pieces hammered into the openings. Even doing that when it came time to put the roof pieces in it took a lot of pounding and bent some of the brackets. Someone suggested planing off the 2x4s first to make them smaller. We probably should have done that. Overall I would not buy this kit again. It made it harder not easier in my opinion. It would be a great kit if they increased the size of the space in their brackets. You want the 2x4s to fit snuggly but not have to chisel out the wood to get them to fit. ... show more

A little thicker metal than most I've tried in the past. Very easy to install. We've had pretty windy storms and boards have not budged.
