So far. It’s really well designed and easy to use without fear of it falling over. Actually, we’re amazed on how something this light can be so stable. The leg extensions and angle adjusters are simple and very effective. Great product. And, customer service has been great, once they understood a question I was asking. I had an issue with a video being recorded at hyper speed while using the remote. It has only happened once so far, but I finally got an answer that it might have to do with a glitch in connectivity and if it happened again, they would replace it without having to send the defective remote back. They really want the customer to be happy and are responsive to emails.

I was going to send this back at first, but I just had to figure it out and I did and it is an excellent cheap option for a tripod for iPhones and iPads. It can easily fit my 12.9 inch iPad. I just have a bulky case so I just have to take the case off because it won’t fit if a case is on maybe a thinner case.
