These files are great if you have tips or acrylic nails as the grit is very rough. They are perfect for shaping and filing but beware if you wear natural nails and they are thin, as these will tear through your nails pretty easily.

I use these nail files for two things, I have to maintain the calluses and nails on both my hands because I'm a professional guitarist. They work very well for the purpose. I also use these on My feet for both filing the nails, as opposed to cutting them, and filing down calluses that may occur on the feet. This nail file is so flimsy this is single use wear, bends while filing will have to throw away after single use. Certainly not worth your time move on to another product.
