These food/water cups are great. They are made of good quality, durable plastic and seem like they will hold up well for a really long time. They attach very nicely to all of our bird cages, and our rabbit/rodent cages, made with 1/2 inch wire mesh. So far we have used about a dozen of these and they are all working great for both food and water. These do seem to be strong enough to last a long time but at only $25 for a set of 50 bowls, if they do get too dirty or end up wearing out, I don't feel bad about tossing them and just grabbing another as a replacement.

I use these cups attached to sides of wire chicken cages and they clip on with no problem.. they dont lag or sag.. The plastic is one thats thicker than most. but the cup is still very light. I find the quality is better than ones you get at the feed store.. and extremely cheaper.. $25 for 50 cups.. comapred to $40 for 10 at the feed store.. they are easy to clean.. just spray them out with a hose.. I will definitely be ordering more of these

They aren't spaced properly to hang on standard 1/2" x 1/2" hardware cloth, rendering them completely useless to me and most chicken owners since that is the best thing to build coops from to keep predators out. If I can't hang the cup then whatever I put in it will get knocked over, played with or buried.
