I LOVE this fountain, especially at night with the LED lights. It arrived in 4 days. I read about issues with directions, but honestly I had no issue assembling. Attach the tube to the pump, the pump and the LED Conection to the power pack, fill with water and plug in. (Make sure you have the vents in the pump open.) My only disappointment is I’d like the sound of the cascading water to be a bit louder. Unfortunately, when you watch the video of the fountain in action in the listing, there’s music playing so you can’t hear the sound of the water. All good, though. I highly recommend. ... show more

The water pump is missing. Store responded they will send water pump. Still haven't received. I look forward to enjoying but not sure that will happen.

Life it. Nice white noise. Pretty. Looks nice in room as art piece. Easy to set up. Minor chip in paint on arrival in one spot. Good size/height. Wire plug in for power, not battery or solar-powered. Working since I bought it a few weeks ago, not sure about long term reliability but no issues now. Pricey for a fountain but all the fountains are on Amazon. HOWEVER, it’s splashing/sprinkling on the ground making the carpet wet so buy a mat to put it on ... show more

Do not buy this fountain. Product was damaged when I received the fountain. The fountain leaks and water runs out so quickly that the pump was damaged. I am not sure how to return the fountain since it is so cumbersome. Very disappointed.
