Lobe these. Well worth the price. I couldn't find a better price even for ones with a tiny lid. These lids are enormous and fit great to protect young plants. Very happy with this purchase. May splurge and get the 20 pack they offer so I'm sure to have plenty of these around for future seasons. The bottom parts are some of the sturdiest I've seen of 1020s. I expect these to hold up well for a long time. High quality plastics. I'm super pleased with them.

With the higher dome, these are great for uppotting the seedlings. We use a different setup for starting seeds to save space, but these domed 1020 trays with the added height allow the seedlings to get bigger before transplanting. They’re also great for propagation. To do so, we snip the stem, add some growth hormone, place into rockwool plug and place in the tray with some water. They’re sturdy enough to place grow lights directly on the domes. But the trays aren’t as thick as some from bootstrap farmers. Functional domes interlock well with trays to keep in humidity. Great value for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Delivered on time. I am very pleased with quality and steadiness of both the trays and the domes, which are nice and firm for the perfect “greenhouse” effect. They were a bit costly, but I highly recommend them if you’re an avid seed starting Gardner. I am using them for my soil block seedlings, which I’ve placed in mesh trays. The mesh trays will be placed in these solid trays so I can water them from the bottom and the domes will provide a perfect humid environment for them to thrive. I will follow up with seedling results in a few weeks.

I ordered these because years ago I got trays from this maker and they were very sturdy, excellent quality for the price. The current version, not so much. It’s not the same thickness, still, I’d say they’re medium level trays and should serve well if taken care of. Also, this set arrived with a few vent hole caps missing, but I contacted the company and they sent them to me right away. I was pleased, very responsive.

I had no.trouble replacing my order with missing parts, and promptly received a complete set of trays. These are awesome trays, very thick sturdy bases and substantial well-fitting lids. Would buy again. The trays are sturdy, the lids nice and high to help start plants early and get them better established for transplant. Unfortunately, I didn't receive all the black humidity control disks that snap on the lids. Must return, but will try to get a full kit replacement, if seller just made a one-off mistake.
