    • Arcs and sparks where wires connect to unit. Poorly made wire igniters.

The unit came with 4 wire igniters, not 5 as needed for the Nexgrill 720-0830H. The wire igniters were all of the same length and the spade connectors were very difficult to push onto the unit. Once installed, the spark only worked on one of the new igniters while there was spark arcing where they were attached to the igniter. Removing and tossing the replacement wire igniters and replacing with the old igniters, whose connectors did fit the back of the unit, corrected the issue, eliminating the arcing and restoring function to all igniters. The wire igniters included are poorly insulated and do not perform. If you need wires, buy a different brand. If you just need and igniter, this one does work with the old wires. ... show more
