Okay...I was literally contemplating purchasing a whole new mattress. 😅 I got a new bed frame and my mattress was a tri fold queen. On the new frame I didn't need the folding feature. Even with padding I purchased from Walmart, I would sink into the cracks where it folded. Causing so much back and neck pain. 😭 I bought this hesitantly, very ready to accept my mistake. But this topper is absolutely wonderful. Firm at first, with a slow sink to conform. Thick as advertised, if you're intelligent enough to measure the pieces separately. 🤣 If you want a medium firm mattress experience, this won't likely be for you. It's not too overly soft with the slow sinking, but you will create an imprint where you're sleeping and sink in a bit. It'll recover and re-level when you get up though. Purchased a King size. Unbelievably comfortable! Helps support my back, soft and hugs you! However, also unbelievably strong odor from the pillow top. I havent washed it yet, but its a very chemical almost musty smell. I left the house for a few hours after opening it. Came back to it nice and fluffy, but my bedroom smelled unbearable. Im exhausted so just made the bed tonight, and after 6 hours the smell is still crazy strong. Update: after 48 hrs, smell remains but is starting to lessen. ... show more

Update: the cover broke down very quickly. Lasted only a couple months. After reaching out to seller, was promised a refund 2 months ago. Still nothing. It’s a POS and seller is no better. Don’t waste your money on this. Original: I wanted to try a mattress cover before replacing my mattress that was starting to get some dips in the memory foam. This mattress cover comes in two pieces and they’re each 2 1/2 inches thick. Laying on it is extremely comfortable and you just sort of sink in and it adjusted around your body. As someone with severe back issues, I find this very comforting. I do not like a firm bed so I like that it is plush. It is put together well and is maintaining it shape very well. I’ve had it for about three or four weeks now and my only complaint is that sometimes it’s a little hard to get up because it is so plush, but I absolutely love it and will definitely recommend it. I also don’t have any issues with it getting too hot, which was a concern seeing how there is so much padding. ... show more

First impression is it is very good quality. The materials are nice and sturdy. The top fitted pad cover is soft and good material. It has a foam pad that goes on the mattress. The mattress pad sheet is well designed, it has straps to hold the blue foam pad in place and then the sheet folds around the mattress. Great design to reduce slip. It fits very well on the mattress. I put it on my son’s bed, who likes a firmer mattress but needed something a little more comfortable to help with his aches and pains from wrestling. It is the perfect softness/puffiness for him. It is soft while still supportive and stays cool. It arrived in compact packaging so it takes a little while to fully fluff up. The photos are shortly after unwrapping. It fluffed up very nicely within the next 24 hours. I’m so happy I took a chance with this, it turned out to be amazing. Now everyone in our house wants one for their bed! ... show more
