So many parts came with this unit. Very pleased with the heat press - works every time. The pressure adjustment is hard to adjust but so far so good. All attachments work great - hats, cups, bottles -you can make so many different things- I love it.

Bought the 15" x 15" press with multiple attachments after my lastheat press called it quits, but not before ordering one from another manufacturer (and having to have it replaced because it didn't work correctly - then having the second one replaced because it was also crap). I am VERY happy at the quality and functionality of this press. I love that it has a swing arm AND a slide out try. It makes setting up a T-Shirt super easy. It seems to heat evenly across the plate and the timer works great (you just have to start the timer, unlike my last press that automatically started when I put the handle down). In full transparency I haven't use the attachements yet, but am in love with the main press thus far and would strongly recommend this item to others. I looked at a ton of presses from various websites before ordering this press, but I feel like I got a great value for the price.

as an airbrush artist at my local flea market a heat press is one of your most valuable tools. This heat press is easy to operate( I love how it turns instead of lifting straight up). I haven’t used the other parts,but I’m looking forward to it.

I gave this heat press 1 star because I am extremely disappointed in the performance of this heat press. I've had a custom printing company for over 6 years now, I've had a regular lifting heat press and a cricut heat press which works perfectly fine, never burned an item in the 6 plus years until I purchased with this pull out heat press. I carefully read the instructions, set the heat press to 230°c once the heat press got to 230°c I pressed a hoodie for 20 seconds, removed the hodie and noticed a burnt square on the hoodie. I gave the machine about 2 hours of cool down time,started to press a polo shirt 100% cotton before the 20 second timer could even go off the machine started smoking... I removed the t shirt and there was a big burnt square on the T-shirt. The first hoodie is 100% cotton heavy duty which requires high temperature I pressed it on 230°c for 20 seconds. I want what I paid for, I want a working heat press or my money back. If this issue isn't resolved I will post a video of why this item is So badt for business.
