The media could not be loaded. This press is very nice! I’ve used it for several projects and it’s still working like it was brand new. I still need to try the cup and hat heat presses but overall it works great. One thing I’d say to beginner users is this: the instructions are detailed and good but follow temperature and time instructions for the type of paper you’re using. An example is PPD heat transfer paper that I use needs to be 374F for 12 Seconds only! The vynil iron-on is 350F 45seconds. Very different as you can see. Overall the heat press is a great machine!

This really is a great product and has helped us make some awesome t-shirts. We've had a bit of a learning curve in figuring out how hot to get it and how long to press - we ended up having some burnt designs - but that's just because we're beginners and not a slight on the machine itself. We've got a good flow and system now, and since this is so easy to use, it's made printing a breeze now :)

So bummed! The press I was sent was not as advertised. So buyer beware. The press plate for shirts does not have slide out rails. When questioned about this, I was told that customers complained of rust, so they were removed. Okay, so why not change description? The press worked great for the first couple projects, but then things just weren’t working right. Set at recommended ranges from 356 to 392°F, the press and accessories never reached that temp according to my thermal thermometer gun. Always off by 75-150°F. Lost a lot of money, and took a lot of communication and pictures sent to the company and Amazon, but I got a refund and will be buying a different machine.
