Would give this 10 stars if I could. I am so glad I decided to return the first pump I got and get this one. For a minimally higher price, there is an incredible amount of convenience. The flip spout is amazing and works perfectly, and not some stainless one I have to awkwardly push into the pump. USB-c charging (initially why I returned the other one with old usb, but I didn't know how much better this one was all around), and you an dial in the amount of liquid you want it to dispense. It's amazing. I don't use it for drinking water, but for all of my plants. I now get to make 5 gallons of watering solution with fertilizer and all other mix-ins, and then get the perfect amount for my watering can. I also got a plant caddy with wheels to put the jug on, and now I can wheel the whole thing around the house instead of having to run back and forth to the faucet. Love.

It works so well that with one charge you can drink more than 10 five-gallon bottles and you can count how much water you drink.

It's a great product, works as advertised. But it has a loose fit. It does have adapters that you can use, but does not fit the bottles very well. I have 3D printed an adapter out of a soft plastic that works nicely. Ours only lasted a year and five months. The battery just gave out. But about eight months in, the charging light indicator was not turning on anymore and we had to charge the unit every other night, versus every week before. We also used it a lot every day going through 2 5 gallons bottles per week. So in conclusion, it's a cool, useful, and great alternative to using plastic bottles. It works as advertised, but need some redesigning on the adapters and also doesn't las as long as I would think it would. Maybe I'm being a bit generous, but you can decide for yourself if it's worth. We bought another one and hopefully it'll last a little longer.

I’m able to keep my 5 gallon bottles in the garage out of sight. My new portable dispenser is convenient and effective. It is sleek looking, quiet, and the battery life lasts as if the “Energy Bunny” was running it. Very satisfied!

There is a sound of course but it’s not a loud irritating sound at all, it is quiet . and the battery lasts a very long time . The quality of the way it looks is very nice 😊

UPDATE: After my pump broke down I contacted the company to see if mine was still under warranty. It was. They replaced it and said they'd work on this issue for the future. Ultimately, I feel like I had a faulty battery. I had this pump for nearly 9 months. In that time it worked great. I had no issues with the tubing, battery, motor, led light, or leakage. But yesterday I was switching out bottles and the pump just died. I know it wasn't the battery because I'd just charged it and a charge lasted a month or so for me. I plugged it in just to be sure but the lights wouldn't come on. I checked for a clog in the tube but there is nothing. It's acting as if the motor died. It will dispense small amounts, like less than a cup, with no indication on the light panel. When I try to push the button to dispense more, I get nothing unless I plug in and unplug the usb cable. I have no idea why it just died like that. It really sucks because while it lasted, I loved this thing. I'm shopping for a replacement but unfortunately I won't be going with this pump again.

Works great. Have had no issues. Battery life seems good too. I've went through a whole 5 gallon jug, and just charged it after so I have never ran out of battery. I have heard it lasts for 2 5 gallon jugs. I use it in my camper. I fill a half gallon jug with the 1000 milliliter setting. It fills about half, then I press it again to make it full. Press again to stop it if it is still going.

Like other similar products, this one refuses to charge after using for just over a month and recharging just a couple of times. Please don't buy this! On all these, the USB port is flawed or loose or something so it's quite an expensive product if you consider it only lasts a month or two.
