This is a nice safe, not too big but sized perfectly for your precious things. There is a separate internal locker that requires a separate key. The safe can be opened with multiple keys or a combination and key as well. The door bolts are also really thick and heavy so it feels very secure to me. Overall I really thought this to be a great product. Last but not least the support service was excellent .

I love mine but I have a couple of problems. 1st I set up the combination and during our move before I could set up all of the other features I lost the large instruction sheet that came with it! The second problem is I can't find the keys to the inside compartment! So I'm locked out of the inside compartment lol. It's a nice safe! Does anyone have a link to the setup instructions?

Was looking for a medium size safe to store valuables and documents. Perfect size. Really like the option to use keys and/or code to enter. Easy to use - even for seniors. Bright display with large numbers makes it easy to read. Just right for what we needed. Also like the included fireproof envelope and extra smaller interior box for jewelry or small items.

I bought this safe and when I opened it, I was disappointed with the gold material glued inside. It was cheaply made material and really would look better if taken out (I probably will). It's very sturdy and seems to be fine to use with my documents and I plan to store in there. The water resistance, not sure on this one because I do not plan to get it wet. Easy to use - I would say the keys are easy but the instructions are not clear as to how to set the digital part to use with a combination. I can't get that part to work for me. I plan to call for assistance soon.

I like it so far but, I just got it and I don't know if it's water or fireproof yet. I haven't had a fire yet and God knows I don't want that. But so far it's big anough, it's sturdy, and i like that the part the money goes in has a separate lock also. I like that it has an alarm if someone tries to open the safe. and it has keys for the front of the safe also. Three keys all together So far so good I like it.just don't know if it's water or fireproof like they say.

The appearance is awesome. Easy to use. But as for durability which is most important in fire or flood. I just don't think it met my standards. The otter shell is just decorative sheet medal. Def not water proof and I doubt it would survive in a fire. Security features are good and redundant features. They do provide doc bag but I doubt paper inside would survive. But no way to tell unless you experience those kind of disasters. I wouldent buy it again.

I like that this safe is a decent size, but not overly bulky. The smaller locking compartment inside is a great little spot for the additional security items. It's not loud when opening which is a plus for me. The safe isn't super heavy, so it's definitely recommended to secure it in place. The directions were clear, though I have not yet installed batteries. It does what I need it to, and was well worth the money.
