I knew before ordering that I would not be using this as a back pack type of sprayer. It holds over 5 gallons, and unless you do a lot of backpacking that’s a lot to carry. So I did not bother with the straps to hold it on your back. Assembly was rather unpleasant. For example, the first thing you are instructed to do is bend the cotter pin (which keeps the wheel on the axel). Then, a few steps later you’re told to insert the cotter pin and then bend it – so if you already bent it, you need to straighten it, insert it, and then bend it again. Another example is they switch terminology – the rod for the wheels is called a wheel rod in the parts listing, then an axel rod in the assembly instructions – not to be confused with the Pull rod which is never referred to in the instructions; I think they call it the wheel axle again. At the end of the instruction booklet there is a QR code which goes through some parts of the assembly – it did help me with connecting the hose, which didn’t work at first. The battery charged in under 3 hours (not sure how far under, as I got bored and walked away). Once charged, it was easy to install. Once the sprayer and cart were assembled, it’s very handy to tote around. I filled it nearly full, and it was easy to roll through puddles, over rocks, even up a couple of steps. The wheels are firm and never got stuck. The cart has space in back for the various nozzles so you don’t have to find a box to store them, and they are convenient to change out when you’re out in the yard. Depending on your yard, this might not be the best choice for the specialty chemicals that you only spray on one type of plant; but for things like a general fertilizer or weed killer, this is a huge time saver. I can easily finish everything with just one trip to the water. I like the variety of nozzles, some suitable for closeup spraying (in the wind) and some with narrow spray (for insecticides). You name it, there is a nozzle for it. I’d say this is ideal for a yard that is larger than average, but not a farm. I know some folks who put a 5-gallon tank on their golf carts or side by side, but if you don’t have one this is almost as easy and definitely more nimble. I highly recommend it!

Hauling our sprayer around when treating weeds and fertilizing was always a problem, drop, spray, pickup, drop, spray. The battery powered backpack sprayer by Sylsmart looked like a good solution, a wheeled cart and holding 5.2 gallons instead of the traditional 2. The sprayer came with easy to read, and thorough instructions. The only tool needed was needle nose pliers. The Attachments included a hose-fully extended to about 24’-25’, 2 wands, one standard length, the other with an extension tube inside for longer distances. Other parts of interest were an interesting selection of spray heads to choose from. A nice addition was the handheld pump for starting the water flowing if it needed a boost, a plastic measuring cup (better than using measuring cups out of the kitchen), and a filter at the mouth of the container. The battery came ½ charged and took about 3-4 hours to recharge. Clasp springs (Cotter pins) were used for attaching the wheels to the axles. If you are familiar with how to bend these, it’s easy. If not, no problem, there were 4 in the packet, 2 for making mistakes and the other two for securing the tires once the skill is learned. On the back of the pack is a spool for wrapping the hoses, and a pocket for storing tips and smaller items. This pack has an adjustable flow rate, with the knob located near the on/off switch. Testing with water for the first run, I was impressed with the pressure of spray (0-120 PSI), higher than the standard 65 PSI coming from a hose bib and definitely higher than a standard 2-gallon pump sprayer. This answered the question of pressure drop if extending the hose and wands to 25’. There were only two concerns: The hose rack in the back didn’t hold the hoses tight enough to prevent them from coming off the spool, and the handle, even though it was adjustable, would come off if pulled hard enough. I can’t see using it as a backpack as suggested. With a 5.5-gallon capacity of fluid the weight on the shoulders is about 45 lbs. (not including the weight of the container), and the wheels would be an additional bulky nuisance. The variety of nozzles, variable pressure setting, extended lengths of hose and larger volume capacity (which eliminates constant refills) makes this a great purchase. After more use this season, the battery life, and use of different chemicals will determine its overall long-term performance. But for now, the price is very reasonable for what came in the package, and it has a great warranty guarantee.

This battery powered backpack sprayer to water my gardens, trees, rose bushes and such has became the effortlessly simple task for me since having this 2-in-1 backpack and wheeled cart water sprayer. I like having the options to choose from wearing a backpack or having the sprayer as a wheeled cart because they both come in handy in different situations and having those options is a convenience. The water tank is capable of holding up to 5.2 gallons of water at a time which goes a long way for me considering I have plenty of plants, flowers and trees to water. I also use this water sprayer for cleaning my outdoor patios, lawn décor, driveway, my dog's houses and much much more. It's versatile and can be used for many different needs at your discretion. I find it very useful when I'm working on chores, projects, tasks, cleaning etc. I always seem to find great use out of it because it's adjustable pressure flow allows me to customize the amount of pressure relevant to my needs ranging from a soft, gentle mist to a fast high flow with the simple use of adjusting the control pressure knob. The electric pump ensures a consistent and stable spray that guarantees excellent results and high performance. This sprayer is definitely designed for long spraying sessions because I'm able to do two hours worth of work before charging the battery but I always have a backup battery that's fully charged so I can continue working for another two hours. I'm able to do a variety of tasks from just one battery powered electric water pump sprayer that also includes 8 nozzles, two wands, one battery, an attached storage box, wand holder, hose storage rack, a carry handle and of course the two different modes to choose from between backpack or wheeled cart. The sprayer is simple to use and is effortlessly interchangeable amongst the other spray nozzles. This is a quality made product that I highly recommend to all individuals.

This large garden sprayer — usable as a backpack or wheeled on a cart — is an excellent value. The design is thoughtful and switching between backpack and cart modes is quick and easy. Multiple nozzle tips cover a wide range of tasks, and the powerful pump with a long hose lets you spray while the tank stays on the ground, which is perfect for treating taller trees without hoisting weight. Spraying power is strong for garden tasks and far better than a plain garden hose for rinsing cars, though it should not be expected to match a dedicated pressure washer. The pump and hose deliver reliably and provide good range. Assembly is straightforward with cotter pins for the wheels and twist locks for the handle. Rear hose storage and the accessory pocket are very useful; I do wish the pocket were slightly larger to hold the transfer pump and measuring cup when not in use. A battery is included and Makita batteries are compatible in a pinch; the supplied battery works well for typical use. Charging is simple, although the charger does warm up a bit. The 5-gallon tank is great, but carrying a full tank on your back requires considerable strength and the straps provide only minimal comfort at that weight. I prefer the cart mode as my default — it’s easy to trolley on smooth surfaces, though sloshing when the tank isn’t full can make movement a bit more challenging. Overall, the unit performs exceptionally well for the price. The thoughtful features and Makita compatibility make this an easy recommendation — great value and a solid addition to any garden toolkit.

This sprayer is suchba help for yard work and I am so glad I got it. The build is seriously heavy duty, and you can feel the quality right out of the box. Carrying over five gallons of liquid on your back can get exhausting, so having the option to instantly switch it over to the wheeled cart mode is amazing. It makes moving around my lawn completely effortless. The pressure adjustability is incredible, giving me total control depending on whether I am doing some light weeding or a deeper cleaning job. I love that it completely eliminates manual pumping, which saves my arms and back a ton of energy. Plus, the included battery lasts plenty long enough to get through my entire routine without dying. It has totally changed how I handle my garden maintenance, and I highly recommend it if you want to make yard chores way easier.

This 2-in-1 sprayer works exceptionally well for handling yard maintenance without the physical strain of manual pumping. The option to switch between a backpack and a wheeled cart is incredibly useful, especially since hauling over 5 gallons of liquid gets heavy very quickly. The adjustable water pressure is strong and consistent, and the variety of included nozzles makes it highly adaptable for different tasks around the lawn. The main downside is the assembly process, as the included instructions switch terminology and can be confusing to follow. Additionally, the hose rack on the back could secure the line a bit tighter. I got this for yard work and it’s been really helpful for bigger spray jobs. The adjustable pressure is nice because you can go from a light mist to a stronger spray depending on what you’re doing. Having both the backpack option and the wheeled cart is a big plus, when the tank is full, the cart saves a lot of effort. Setup was pretty straightforward and it comes with a good variety of nozzles. The hose length gives decent reach so you’re not constantly moving the tank. It’s not lightweight when filled (5+ gallons never is), but overall it’s a practical sprayer for anyone who needs more capacity and doesn’t want to hand pump.
