This is the second time I have purchased this backpack. It's a really great bag. I like these tactical bags because they have lots of features that I like. There's lots of pockets and compartments which is obviously great. There's a sleeve for a laptop so I can use it for work. It's got the MOLLE attachment points if I need to add something. My favorite part, though, is that this thing is made from materials that are clearly tough and durable. I abuse this thing and I have never had a problem ever. The only reason I had to replace the first one was because I finally found something that was capable of destroying this bag: a corgi puppy. No bag on the planet could survive this beast. The reason that I selected this bag in particular is because it's just black. A lot of times these tactical bags have American flags and skulls on them and stuff. I'm not a doomsday prepper or anything like that - I just wanted a nice, high-quality backpack. It's a great bag.

I've had this thing for 2 years at this point. It's traveled with me all over the country in various terrain/situations. It stores everything I need to thanks to the enormous capacity (typically travelling with 3 laptops and a video game console) and is durable enough to have survived TSA's "gentle" treatment. Everything has held up wonderfully, and for the price, I think it's the best backpack I've ever owned. Comfortable fit and the straps are adjustable to keep things tight depending on what you have inside of it. I've purchased a couple of accessories to go along with it (water bottle holder/etc) that have been equally awesome. Totally recommend this bag.

I've heard that the quality of some 511 Tactical items can be questionable, but I can say that I feel the RUSH series packs are very nice. The material is heavy, the stitching seems strong and tight, the zippers appear heavy duty, and it has a lot of room. I especially like the hidden pouch designed for handguns. It holds my Glock 22 with room to spare. It is secured by a velcro closure and can be accessed quickly. Very nice. I have two of these and am very happy with my purchases. God bless!

5.11’s Rush 12 2.0 maybe one of the greatest backpack I’ve ever owned. I’ve been a huge fan of 5.11 tactical for a long time and this is my second pack from them. I was rolling with their AMP10(All Missions Pack) for 6 years. after 3 years of use, the materiel started falling apart so hopefully this backpack will last longer *fingers crossed

This is my second 5.11 pack and I will likely never need to buy another. My other one is a RUSH 72 and too large a fishing pack. The 12 is perfect for a day or overnight bag for one person. It’s probably too small for a full change of clothes as well as other essentials for the road, but I fit my poncho, liner, socks and. Shirt as well as some fishing tackle and basic outdoor gear like a small tarp and some fire starting items. If you need a travel bag even for just a night or 2, I’d go with the RUSH 24. The 12 is perfect for a day pack though and these things are bulletproof. (Not literally, don’t shoot it) they are so well made and last forever. My other one is about 10 years old and still going strong.
