The media could not be loaded. All together it's a pretty decent safe. There are a few things that feel quite cheap but that's all the nit picky stuff. It's a safe and the shell and locking bars seem pretty quality. The key pad to unlock works great. It does what it says it does. 5 stars.

This unit is NOT waterproof, and I would guess it is not fireproof either as there is gaps in the edges between the door and safe body. The instructions indicate that you can use just the combination to open the safe, but that is not true you need to have the master key in the lock and then you can use the combination and between the two it will open. If you just use the combinations, it will not open the safe at all!!!!! As well, the safe indicated that it had a hidden bottom compartment that was lockable, the safe came with no such option. I contacted the site given on the instructions sheet around 2-weeks ago and have not heard a word from the company. Went back to amazon to try and contact the company and there is no information or way to contact the manufacturer. Only option is to return the safe, but it weighs around a 100 pounds so it is not easy to get it shipped back. So not sure if I will keep or return, what a pile of disappointment this safe is---do not buy this 7.2 cu.ft. safe!!!!!!!!!!! Amazon should be ashamed of selling this product on their site!!!!!!!!! ... show more

Visually it's beautiful. Works well. The front of the small safe within the safe is a bit wobbly, made out of plastic. There was a dent on the side (not a big deal). I ordered this safe as it stated it was a fireproof safe. When u opened it up I discovered something that had been broken on the inside. I just wasn't impressed with the overall quality. Felt like it was quickly thrown together. Just not real quality. I'm sure it will work if you need something but just wasn't for me. It did come with 2 sets of keys, a cheap alarm thing, a shelf for the inside, and bolts to mount to wall if you wanted to do that. ... show more

I was looking for a larger safe than I currently have to fit important papers in it and THIS IS THE ONE!! The shelf is removable which is a plus so I can fit larger items inside. This safe is the perfect size for hiding it in the house in unexpected places. One way of opening the safe is using the 2 different keys that fit in 2 different key holes. There is a passcode that can be used while using one of the keys. This safe is not very heavy so it can be moved easily. It also has a separate upper compartment inside to store smaller objects.
