Like the other reviews say, it came in a small box. Because I’m impatient I chose to iron it to get the wrinkles out (it was significantly wrinkled). It took me at least 30 minutes on the highest setting on my iron with steam to get it flat. It is beautiful in person.

As long as you know it's not a "woven rug", you'll be happy with this. Especially for this: It (unlike other, thinner rugs) is heavy enough you can vacuum it without it sucking-up into the vacuum cleaner. This one has enough heft to stay on the floor and can be vacuumed. It looks REALLY nice -- and from more than a few inches away you won't know it's not a "real woven rug." This rug is not soft, it feels very stiff. We are constantly tripping on it and it's not one that can be thrown in the washer. Kind of wish we hadn't gone with this one.

I’ve begun to replace the rugs in our house to washable rugs that can withstand kids and pets. We’ve had very expensive rugs that have been ruined or have been very expensive to clean. This rug looks like a much more expensive rug but it is washable. It looks great, feels great to walk on and I’m happy because I know it will last. The rug is true to size coolers are very faded and it is very thin. It comes folded and shrink wrapped. Very wrinkled , going to see if steaming helps .

The only problem it it still has creases and like bubbles where it was folded for packaging. I’ve tried everything to get them out. Can see from the picture but they are there. Haven’t tried to wash it yet but hope it’s a good experience

Rug arrived on time and exactly as shown in the pictures. It arrived folded, as I'm sure that's the easiest way to ship it, but I had to steam it after a few days when the creases didn't relax and flatten out. BUT, the steaming did work and now I have a beautiful area rug. One thing I want to mention, and it wasn't mentioned (that I saw at least) is that the backing is not slip proof. I'm sure the inclusion of a backing like that would make it more difficult, if not impossible, to wash at home. But, a simple anti-slip mat underneath and everything was good. It IS stain resistant as my granddaughter spilled some juice on it. But a quick blot up of the liquid and everything was good. Very impressive!! I haven't tried to wash it yet, but with this being on the heavier side I'm hesitant to wash it at home. I would rather have it a little thicker/sturdier to hold up to the expected foot traffic and if taking to the laundromat is the price for that, I'm glad to pay it. Overall, a nice design, good price, stain resistance, and machine washable makes this a great purchase!! A+++++ ... show more
