I went to get this from my mailroom after it was delivered and it came in this tiny brown box. I was so convinced something was terribly wrong. It was just folded up in there. Very thin and the pattern is almost photo printed on but still looks nice and is perfect for my bathroom. LOVE this rug. Such a great value for the money. I have not yet been able to wash it, but I will be doing that soon. I believe it will fit in my home washer but I plan on taking it to the laundromat to make sure the machine is heavy duty enough. It does lay flat, but the corners curl a bit if they are walked on too much. The rug is thin, which I like because its easy to vacuum, prevents tripping, and the roomba can go over it super easy. This rug is okay. I'm not too keen with it because it's thin. It does keep from slipping, but the thinness doesn't help on a cold floor in the middle of winter. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Beatiful design and love that its washable. Also...sooo soft on your toes while still being thin and lightweight weirdly enough. only issue is on the first wash 7 months after getting it, the edging was already coming undone after just the one wash. if its washable, especially when you take it to the big commercial ones, it should stand up to a speed queen washing machine run on gentle. Also got the matching runner that is still in great shape after a wash in the same machine. ... show more
