I was in need of extra batteries for my Motorola radios that are used on construction sites and these worked perfectly. They are easy to attach to the radio, you simply align the pins and slide them into the unit. They are lightweight and do not add extra bulk to the radio. They are rugged as they have been dropped on hard surfaces and have been able to withstand the fall. The transmission is clear on the radios when they have been attached. They charged quickly and lasted the same amount of time the original Motorola batteries did. I am very pleased with my order and would order more replacement batteries from this company in the future shall the need arise.

These work well, although they don't work quite as advertised. The batteries are stamped that they are impress batteries, but they are absolutely not impress batteries. They don't charge at all like an impress battery. Other than that, they do fit well, and seem to have a decent battery life. As far as value for the money, they aren't bad, Just know if you want a true impress style battery, these are not it.

I think this four pack makes sense for Motorola radio upkeep, especially for the Motorola XPR 3500. It includes four replacement batteries and four belt clips, which keeps the setup simple. I'm super happy with this set of batteries! The included belt clips were really nice to have, and the batteries themselves seem high-quality, durable, and well-made. They clip right in easily with no issues. They fit and are compatible with the Motorola XPR 3500, and they function great. They charge up quickly to a full battery and also hold a charge. I'm so happy to finally have my PMNN4493A units working properly and actually lasting longer, not dying when I'm halfway through doing what I got to do. Overall, I think they're a great value!
