My grandpa loves this seat cushion, it’s definitely a must have for any person(s) that have pain from their lower back area, Hips, Buttock, and any lower abdomen pain. While he said the memory foam has been holding up just fine a GREAT recommendation I have and what I myself did for my grandpa before giving him this item I opened the package I let it fully expand for 48hours with keeping it in my car while it’s nice and hot out as well I placed it in a white plastic bag ( letting it be breathable of course meaning not fully tied closed and surly not having it be compressed in any way with doing so the memory foam had expanded to true functionality needs and nice and firm but yet very much soft and durable when my grandpa had tested it out the first time and now many times since then. Absolutely love this cushion, wish it were a bit thicker though but it still serves good purpose. Healing from fractured tailbone, I want to order another cause this one is pretty worn and I still cannot sit on regular chair without cushion with tailbone section cushioned completely.

I recently fell and badly injured by tailbone. I had no relief except when laying on my stomach. Driving, sitting at work, spending time with family/friends was agonizing. I fond this pillow and immediately ordered it. What a difference! I have previously suffered from sciatica and this this would be great for pain relieve from sciatica as well. Not real happy with this one. The foam collapse makes it very uncomfortable for long sitting. My back and tailbone feels like there is very little support. I am not a heavy person not am I a small man. I weigh 180 lbs. So this memory foam has not much support. Needs to be more firm and about 3/4 inch thicker. My tailbone still hits the bottom of the chair. My wife has the same thing and she is only 125 lbs. This needs to be fixed somehow. ... show more

And if you stand p, it will bounce back and will not be left flat.
