The 4KOR Fitness Resistance Cords are essential to your home gym. My whole family uses these resistance bands to do so many different exercises we have honestly stop most of our free weights. I am a baseball coach as well as physical education teacher and often bring the bands into the weight room for kids to use almost everyday. After school the baseball team utilizes the bands for rotator cuff strengthening as well as overall shoulder health. I have been very impressed with the amount of total body strengthening you can do with the ability to load the different cords together to create necessary resistance. The customer service is incredible. They were very quick to get back with me via email and phone. I actually had a conversation with the owner for 30 minutes on the phone. He took his time and answered all my questions and made me feel very confident with my purchase. I would absolutely advise anyone to buy these bands that may have interest, you will not be disappointed.

I don't always have time to make it to the gym these days, so I rely big time on equipment I can use at home. These bands are great quality and easy for me to use. Plus 4kor has plenty of videos on their instagram and site that I use whenever I need some direction on how to switch up my usage of these bands. Your arms and abs will definitely feel the burn, which for me means it's getting the job done. I feel like I started to see some definition after just 2 weeks! So happy with this purchase.

This is the BEST addition to my at-home workout studio! It challenges me in so many different ways and I am able to use it in my every day workouts. The resistance is incredible and is exactly what I have been looking for. I know at-home workouts are thought to be not as great as in a gym or in a studio but this product leaves my muscles shaking!

I've been using 4KOR resistance cords for a while now, and they’ve completely transformed and intensified my workouts. My shoulders feel a lot less achey, and they also feel stronger with a greater range of motion. I'm very impressed with the fit and finish of this pair of resistance cords— The durable rubber gripped handles make these cords really easy to use. The safety sleeves make these cords feel a lot safer to use, I don’t need to worry about getting slapped in the face by a snapped band. The only potential negative is you only get the pair of cords, and the pair of rubber gripped handles, if you want to anchor these cords to a squat rack, the anchor straps are sold separately, they’re about twenty bucks. I’m still extremely happy with my purchase, I see these resistance cords lasting for a very long time. I highly recommend this purchase without any reservations. They met all my expectations, and more.

40lbs is a great addition to my 4Kor resistance cord set! It only went up to 30lbs (which was great when I started!), but I have been getting stronger for it and wanted more weight! I am looking forward to continue to use this great set. It is durable and still looks brand new even after a year of use!
