This is an awesome camera for the price, and the picture and video quality is better than my higher priced camera. It has a little heft to and feels solid, and the swing out screen does not feel like it will break off if bumped. The camera will accept up to a 256mb micro card which adds a lot of extra video time. The battery is ok, by its self you get about 2 hours of run time, but you do get two batteries with this camera. I have a 20,000 Mamp battery pack i plug in and get an all day use; love that you can run the camera on the battery pack. I love the external mic plug.
