I'm 28 years old and haven't used a flip phone since like 2004-2005, but I got this phone as an emergency phone in case I'm out somewhere and my big smart phone dies. This flip phone feels a little bit cheap in terms of construction, but it works just fine so I can look past that. It's very easy to use, and it connects easily once you insert your sim card from your carrier. It comes with a wall brick, a charger, and the charger stand thing. The speaker is very loud and clear, and the battery life seems to be quite decent for a phone of this caliber. I also love that there's a little switch on the side of the phone to turn on and off your flashlight! I find that very convenient. You can also deactivate the button on the back of the phone so it doesn't accidentally get pressed and contact your emergency contacts. Overall a decent value for the money. ... show more

Got this phone for my 81 year old wife to use instead of her smart phone. Actually, the Smart phone is easier to use than this one. Buttons are difficult to find and operate. Returned it back to Amazon for a full refund.

This phone is nice because it is a straightforward alternative to the current phones that are overly burdened with bloatware you don't want and features you never quite get around to learning how to use.
