Ordered this tree after shopping around for one, and one of the things that made me choose this one was the bag that it came with to store it after using. Well, it arrived in terrible shape. The box had been opened, and re-closed by the post office (had USPS tape all over it with a notice of "arrived to carrier facility damaged" on it) and after opening it, not only was the bag that it's supposed to come with to store it nowhere to be found, the base for the tree wasn't anywhere to be found either!! My husband had to rig something up to use for a stand. The tree itself is beautiful. It's very full, and has a pretty color to it. I don't have any complaints about the tree itself. My complaints are with how it arrived to me.

I love the way this tree looks! Easy to put together. Once you fold out the branches, the tree becomes very full and just enough for a small space. The storage bag is an added bonus. Easier to store than the long cardboard boxes I've dealt with in the past. It was well worth the money.

This has 500 lights and a set of ornaments also bought here. You have to take your time and be patient in unfolding all the branches.

Sooo kinda upset that I bought this tree for this much… you can literally go to Walmart and buy a tree MUCH cheaper and MUCH sturdier. The base is extremely flimsy and good luck moving your tree without it falling apart. The rods that hold the leaves are flimsy bendy wires that surely will not stay up over time making your tree look droopy. The tree is EXTREMELY spotty, the did not add branches evenly so there are wide gaps that not even fluffing can fill. Its good for a one use tree, but not for the price at all like literally being robbed. The only good things about the tree are its height and the fact that it is black. If you have children, your tree is gonna be destroyed the moment they even nudge it. I would return this tree if it wasn’t already so close to Christmas. The only way I can fix it up is adding black garland to fill the gaps. Good luck!

Buy this tree!!! It maybe even better than the most expensive ones... I didn't decorate it yet, am still pulling put the beautiful branches. It's big, beautiful and looks amazing and am not done pulling out the branches yet. You must buy this one!!!
