Absolutely disappointed with this chair. The roller stops way before reaching your lower back,. The butt roller is nothing more than a rotating wheel that does absolutely nothing in terms of massage. The airbags are so strong that you just want them to stop as soon as they start squeezing. I've found with these chairs, you usually get what you pay for, so dont think you've found some low priced gem when you come across this one. That is not the case. I wish I never clicked "buy now" as it was just 2 months of waiting and then waiting to return accompaniedby disappointment. No bueno, do not pass go, do not collect $200 👎

This chair is absolutely amazing! The only reason that I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it didn’t come with instructions. I had to figure out how to adjust the airbags. Initially, the shoulder and arm airbags felt extremely tight and uncomfortable but once I figured out how to adjust them and/or turn them off, it worked beautifully!

Very narrow seat I am unable to use the arm massager. But every thing else is okay. Kinda noisy when using. The chair had scuffs on the outside of the arms. This is not a sitting chair because of the rollers using a folded blanket in the seat helps make it better to sit on. It's a good chair but I don't like it.
