Just got this for my wife ,I feel it does √ the box for Value for what I paid. It appears to me it was designed & engineered by ones who take pride in their work, also the voice command's work well, for example if the air bags on my calves get too intense, I tell her to decrease air bag intensity, and it works almost instantly. My wife loves zero gravity 3 on her settings. If you turn the lights down and play spa music it's even better, but if the music is too loud it interferes with the voice commands options , not a complaint just a tip. Still exploring all the settings & modes, So far, I am very impressed with the quality.

I owned one other massage chair that I bought second hand and was over 10 years old. My review is based on my experience. First of all I am 6'4" and 275 lbs., so a big and tall guy. The chair is about the width of an airplane seat but I got in it comfortably and my legs were bent a little bit when the leg rest was extended, meaning my calves did not rest on the back of the leg extensions. Second, I paid the extra money for Amazon to deliver it to a specific room, which was upstairs and the extra cost was well worth the money. The chair was packed extremely well, but it is bulky, so we took it out of the box to get it up the stairs. The guys took away the empty box and packing materials which was extremely nice! It also comes with a round carpet for underneath the chair which is a fantastic touch because there is no fear of scratching my LVP flooring. It also comes with a cover that goes over it when not in use. The chair is made with real leather! It feels like a much more expensive chair and the main reason I bought the chair was for the real leather, and the promo discount. There was only one review at the time, so I had to take a leap of faith. The chair is built solid, looks great and is easy to use. This chair is made by Armali and is model number YYX-603 and Amazon is the only place that sells it. Third, the chair is 100% assembled when you get it. The leg extensions are folded over into the seat for packaging. Just flip them forward, good to go. I didn't read the instructions, plugged it in, turned on the main power in the back and rear of the chair, and figured out I had to hold the button on the armrest control down to turn on the touchscreen. I then did look at the instructions to find the code to connect Bluetooth to my phone, so I could listen to a hypnosis session while getting massaged. I started my first massage about 10 minutes after having it delivered. The chair has 10 pre-programmed massage routines. You can also do manual, but I'm not there yet. I tried the Thai yoga stretch massage and the master massage, which the computer defaults to. You turn on the chair and see told to sit back so the chair can figure out where your shoulders are and where your head is. This takes about 15 seconds. After that the massage starts and if you want something different than the master program, you change it immediately. This chair is amazing. The 4D touch is a great invention. The rollers can adjust pressure to the massage and move farther or closer to your body. It was in another league compared to my old chair. There are bags that inflate and deflate almost everywhere, calves, arms, shoulders, hips, feet. The chair comes with heat and it felt nice. I was also surprised to find rollers on the bottom of my feet. It felt sublime. The massage is honestly as good as the worst 70% of real massueses, equal to the next 20%, but not quite as good as the top 10% of tall humans. The programs lasts only 20 minutes, but you can hit the timer button any time to get that number back to to 20 minutes. I wish you could extend it to an hour. The speakers are not top-of-the-line, but they worked for what I used it for. If you want Enya or other music, consider wearing headphones. The massages I hand tried were amazing. Relaxing. Stress-reducing. I was zoned out, in a relaxed state, happy. I got this figuring it would pay for itself in a short amount of time, compared to paying someone for a massage every day. I cannot say how happy I am with this purchase. It exceeded expectations.

Not as much pressure as I hoped but we love all the features, the quality of the leather, colour and more luxurious. Nice screen and the charger is a bonus. For the zero gravity mode it lays flat more than our other massage chair which is a nice feature to get more pressure

It’s like a dream come true. I have struggled with back pain for decades. Perhaps it’s coincidence but we have only had the chair a few weeks and the pain has diminished significantly. I even feel as though the circulation in my legs has improved. My wife and I use it several times a day. It came pre assembled, we just had to unbox it and go through the process of setting it up. The zero gravity feature has great reclining range. The quality is good and functionality nice. Worth the money.

I rely heavily on reviews, the people reviewing this chair did such a thorough job I decided to buy it with only two reviews. My husband has used several massage chairs and has been critical, I was nervous about my purchase. He would not surrender the chair the first time he tried it and fell asleep in it! I guess it passed his test. Pro’s: I read where Armali only sells thru Amazon, thus cutting out the middle person. I felt this was an added savings. I did not want to go to a retailer and have them trying to upsell me. The chair arrived in two days….I was stunned! It was well packaged, easy to unpackage with no damage. There was no assembly necessary. I wanted multiple choices of l preprogrammed features, and this chair had 10. However, I wanted a manual override to have the ability to isolate specific areas. This chair also has the ability to pick to roller function you like, turn airbags on or off, increase or decrease intensity, increase the time, and turn zero gravity on or off. The chair can be programmed with 3 options, the touch screen, AI, or a dial on the arm. I love the flexibility of choices. The Bluetooth does connect to an iPhone. The rollers do not pound me and hurt like some chairs I have tried. The 4d was a worthwhile investment. Cons: 2 year vrs 3 year warranty like in other chairs. A very poor manual to describe the manual symbols and their meaning: HOWEVER, on that note, the functions are very intuitive and I was able to figure out all my options and adjustments in a short time. The chair comes with a cover that I felt was cheap and awkward to put on….it did come with a round rug to protect your floors. I am 5’6” and the chair scans your body length every session, I felt it measured my neck higher then it should so I try to fake my height by slumping and it seems to do the trick. I wish it massaged my neck a little deeper, but I am still playing with the controls and may find the right setting. The cons are not a deal breaker at all. Extremely happy with the purchase.
