I’ve had this fountain for a few months and I rarely ever turn it on, as it is on my rooftop balcony. I don’t go out on the balcony very often. The fountain has stopped working completely, and I can’t figure out why. It was also blown over by the wind, so it is not very heavy at all or wind resistant. It’s a waste of money.

GORGEOUS FOUNTAIN!!! I have it in my bedroom and it sets such a peaceful mood at night between the glimmering lights from the dancing water at the top of the fountain to the trickling water sound down the side. I’ll admit though, out of the box it is not acoustically pleasing. I had to purchase an additional product, fountain filter pads to insert between the holes and the bottom of the fountain. Without those pads the fountain has this off putting resonating plasticy sound when the water hits the bottom of the water retention basin. With the fountain pad though this product is perfect and was very easy to assemble and no leakage. I also add drops of essential oil and it makes for a great scent diffuser in that manner. I would also recommend adding a smart plug for the fountain lights and fountain pump, otherwise you’ll just get annoyed having to plug and unplug and replig it back in.

The media could not be loaded. It’s absolutely beautiful and I was able to set it all up quickly and by myself. I love it, such a wonderful addition, the pump is quiet and the water sound is so peaceful, not too heavy but definitely study to withstand 3 cats 😅 love the grass & stones for pretty touches too.

Have had this for a few years now no issues with it except if u have alot of women in the house then get used to cleaning the screen of the pump at least once a week other wise you will notice the water slow on the flow. Oh ya and the led are bright we leave it on at night so we can get around the kids toys. And if you have cats they will use it as a water fountain also.
