Prepare before receiving this, especially if it’s in the home like mine is. 1. use the deliver to room service. You will need this as it’s on a pallet and weighs a couple of hundred pounds. 2. The wheels are on, however the wheels are recessed in the pallet. You may be able to pry one side of a pallet to release the wheels. However, you do need to lift up the side to get the other wheels over the pallet. 3. I wasn’t able to pry it so instead I used a small saw and a drill. With some leverage as able to pop the wheels over on the other side and after that, it was easy to wheel off. Once all that is done, easy to get it started. Just plug in. There’s protective coding all over the stainless steel. That will need to be peeled off. The sticker that is on the front you’ll need some goop off to get that totally off. Keep in mind and putting this in the home, it is louder than your refrigerator or other home appliances. Once I had it loaded though it was a lot less noticeable and we’ve gotten used to it. The fan is constant to keep the air circulated. You can adjust that and you can find that and instructions. The condenser coils and refrigeration unit comes on, and there is a fan for that as well. It is slightly louder, but it does not stay on. After getting used to it, I don’t even notice it anymore. But it is something to consider. The Fun Stuff My kiddo thought the ice maker was my best purchase until this. We use this salad bar every day multiple times. I can’t tell you how much it has helped with eating healthier and also those times that cooking is an issue because of time constraints and even health this has been a a great blessing to have around. Everything stays cool and the extra space underneath is like an extra refrigerator that I put all of the fruit and vegetables in as well as Any sauces or extras that need to be refrigerated. With the fan running I thought I would see a bump in the electrical bill, but it was minor.

This thing is amazing. We just bought it for our house and we love it. It is good quality and works perfect. I thought it was a bit expensive however, it didn't cost more than a refrigerator would cost so I think it well worth the money. I am not sure yet how much it costs to run but if you have a family that eats lots of fruits and veggies this is worth it. It does take up space so make sure you measure the area you want to put it before buying. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the top was slightly discolored where the cutting board sat during shipping. I would highly recommend this product

Upon delivery of the item, I discovered a bent left and right panels at the bottom area and the left door not aligned. I informed Amazon and they asked me to notify Kalifon via email to see if a price adjustment is possible or just an outright replacement. Kalifon reached out to me after being informed of my concern and they adjusted the price due to my inconvenience. I definitely recommend Kalifon for outstanding customer service.

i bought this freezer on february 27 2024, its has 2 years warranty of parts and labor and 5 years of the compressor, a month ago the compressor stopped work, and for a month i've been trying with the custumere support without success, i call every week they said i will send someone to take care of, but they never send and now they dont pick up my phone call, never buy from kalifon again

This is an excellent machine. I reviewed several before I bought this one. It meets and exceeds our needs. Love the temperature meter on the outside that I can adjust to whatever temp I want. This one will last me for years.
