I couldn’t be more pleased with the TIMBER RIDGE 400L Large Capacity Folding Double Decker Wagon! This wagon is a game-changer. The large capacity makes it perfect for hauling everything from camping gear to groceries, and the double-decker design is incredibly handy for organizing and separating items. Best wagon for travel softball! I just bought this wagon to replace an older model that I bought for my travel softball team three years ago, which died at out last tournament -(a wheel broke which caused it to topple, breaking the wheel bracket, the netting on the bottom ripped, and the frame bent). This is a definite upgrade! It can carry 3 buckets of balls, 2 Tanner tees, two pitching rubbers, two home plates, a 10x10 Tent, 3 hitting nets, the team stereo, two folding chairs, my coffee mugs, my coaching bag and more! Westfield Outdoors (Parent companies name) definitely knows how to make a wagon! The upgrades- The wheels are sturdier - instead of the hollow plastic wheels with a rubber strip these wheels are much sturdier with the whole surface having some type of rubberized feel. I also love the fact that the wheels are easier to remove! The brake is a much appreciated add-on! No more chasing my wagon as it rolls away! And they are easy enough to engage and disengage with your foot. The handle is slightly longer, which appears more to do with the new wheel design than it does the actual length of the handle, but the result of an extra inch or two in the handle is much appreciated. The zipper pocket is another nice addition that is definitely going to come in use! No more digging through the wagon for small items! My favorite upgrade though is the tailgate! No more pressing lever in the middle to raise it, it now slides smoothly up and down using the wagon frame. This wagon seems more refined, the older model had silver bolts and screws. The newer model they are black and match the frame. The basket area itself is no longer velcroed to top and bottom of the the four corners of the frame, it is just mounted at the top of the frame now. Not sure what kind of impact that's going to have, but it doesn't seem to hinder anything so far.

Quick update after using wagon: VERY happy with this purchase! I’m just under 5’ tall & had no problems getting this out, set up, loaded with camping equipment and hauling everything to the campsite (~6 blocks through the gravel, grass & trails). It’s definitely worth having if you need to move lots of stuff from one location to another. Easy to put away & store folded down. Others in my group wanted to borrow this one- over the smaller basic wagons available. Original review: Easy to open & close back up, it’s truly enormous- which is what I wanted. The lower level opening up to carry an easy up shelter was really the tipping point that made me buy a wagon. We go to a music festival twice a year & sometimes we’re not allowed to drive to the campsite which creates a logistical nightmare for getting lots of BIG gear to where it needs to be, rather than in the parking lot. I’ll be using this on gravel & grass paths, to haul a 10x10 shelter, 6 man tent, queen cot/mattress, 20lb sleeping bag, table, coolers, kitchen setup-double campstove, propane, etc. I will try to remember to update this after the maiden voyage, but for now I’m impressed by the quality, oversized wheels & thoughtfully designed extras. I also love the green color 💚✅
