The media could not be loaded. I bought this fountain as I liked the design and building quality to keep inside the home but I ended up keeping it outdoor. It is much better outdoor. I like it.

Im very disappointed with the quality of the connections of the three tubes that send water to each level. I had to use ‘zip ties’ to keep the tubes connected. Too much money for this fountain to have ANY problems. PS: Adjusting the pumps water flow did not solve the problem. Update/ I must have had the reject that was repackaged! All hose connection broke. Had to constantly reattach. Finally broke down and used a clamp for every connection. Other fountains from this company must be better considering the pics and 5 star reviews. I’d stay away from the style I purchased! I do NOT recommend this product. Extemely sorry I spent this amount of money on such a poor product!

Great look, great flow, great lights. "BUT IT WAS DROPPED ON RIGHT FRONT CORNER BEFORE PACKING, AND IT LEAKS" It's a good thing that I am handy and will fix it with JB WELD on the outside. And waterproof the inside.

I love this fountain. Makes a good sound that is not a light drip. You can hear it. Also I love that during the day I can run just the fountain and at night I can add the lights. They are on separate plugs and I really love this feature.

The media could not be loaded. It came damaged but the Seller was easy to work with and we had a replacement in a few days. It runs perfect and is quiet. We replaced a metal fountain that rusted. This is really great and we couldn't be happier!
