The back piece of the chair would not fit correctly. It was not wide enough to slide into the slots so chair was not secure. We tried to take it apart and build multiple times but still had the same issue.

This style of chair has gone kinda viral in the reading community with lookalikes-a-plenty out there. I took a leap of faith and went with this one due to the color choices, price point, size and versatility (removable ottoman). For starters, the chair arrived in approximately 2 days from the time of ordering. A concern of mine with ordering a large chair was getting it into the space I desired, as I have a very narrow doorway to my office and it is on the 2nd floor. No problem, as it arrived well packaged in 2 large, but narrow boxes, between 40-50lbs each. Totally manageable. Assembly was straightforward and took no time at all. I only got frustrated once when I attempted to attach the backrest backwards. (Oops.) Overall, the material is plush and cozy, the cushions are supportive, and I foresee many peaceful naps & nights of reading in my new favorite seat in the house. ... show more
