We purchased the panels on sale, so definitely worth the price. Thank goodness they are light weight for my spouse and I to unpack and assemble. Well thus far, the 10 panels are in a partial shaded area of our backyard leaning against a fence (in a retaining wall for stability). We are getting a power output of about 1200W for a few hours a day in Southern California, which isn’t too bad under the circumstances. They are functioning fine for now. We want to move them around, but too much for us to be going back and forth at our age. Hopefully, we will find someone to install on the roof or pergola in the near future. On average, we use about 700-1000W of electricity an hour to run our home this time of the year. The extra wattage will help reduce our monthly SCE bill and also will supplement the power station and/or generator if there is an unexpected power outage or rolling blackouts in our area.

I have been happy with my 215watt/430watt package of Callsun solar panels over the last month. They are rigid and easy enough to move around. I added some pictures showing the size difference between the 200-watt and new 215-watt solar panel models. I do not feel much difference in effort moving the 200 and 215-watt versions around. I cannot use my roof (Homeowners association) for solar power capturing, so I need to be able to carry the panels around. I have several portable Anker Solix C series power stations. Please note that you can only run two of these solar panels together in a series (2S) with most portable power stations. You should check your voltage limits. If you set these 215-watt panels in parallel (2P) your amps are likely getting clipped. Most portable power stations on the market can only handle 60-volts maximum input, or you risk damaging your units. A series setup A-okay with me because these handle shading really well with their four separate panel segments. Realistically, I do not think I have ever gotten the 430-watt max, but I have gotten from 390 to 405 watts fairly consistency when the weather, time of day and sun angle is correct. I am very happy with my purchase. I wish I could link three of these panels together, but that's a portable power station MPPT controller provided by Anker/EcoFlow/Jackery/etc,... not the Callsun solar panels which are mighty for their size and weight. I wish they had just a tiny bit lower Open Circuit Voltage (20.41Volts) so I could run three together in a series, but most solar hobbyists like me are probably more than pleased with a max of 430-watts at this weight, size, and price. Edit 4/30/2026: I got a new all-time current flow high during my few months of ownership - 436 watts of production with my two 215-watt panels in series.

FedEx damaged one of my 2 panels, but the seller (MKOORAL Direct) quickly sent me a replacement. I don't have an ideal location to mount my panels, so I only get good sun for a couple of hours a day, but the anti-shading works as advertised, which helps. My panels need to be shifted a little to the southeast for optimal sun, but so far I've seen an output as high as 463w while mostly hovering around 375-390w as long as I'm getting some good sun.

Outstanding product. Got 420 Watts on partial sun with the two of them although it bounced around with output depending on cloud cover. Looks great and not to heavy. I hooked mine up in series for now.

I ordered this solar panel and it was delivered very quickly. I’m very impressed by the size and the performance this solar panel claims. My only issue is that I haven’t been able to use it because my first panel arrived to my house completely shattered, which even caused me to cut my finger from a piece of glass in the box. The return process is easy and I ordered a new one, which should arrive in approximately two days. I will update my review when I receive a working product and get it installed.

Despite several of the photos and videos for this product on Amazon showing the solar panel on legs, propped upright at an angle toward the sun, this solar panel does not come with any legs, mounts, brackets or any other mounting system. It can only be laid flat on your floor, roof, or vehicle, unless you purchase additional mounting hardware.
