I hate giving bad reviews. I have *B*I*G* dogs and I bought this hoping it would give some wind protection in CT winter months. The top doesn't really connect to the bottom so there isn't any effective wind or severe weather protection. The unit is too wide for my back door so I have to take it apart to bring it in the house. There's no angle that works to squeeze it in my back porch. The plastic used to make this item is a natural chewing magnet for both dogs who have decided that their goal in life is to chew this to bits. Further, the base might be just sturdy enough for a 110 lb dog but it looks doubtful. I don't know what next steps to take. I have a lot of chewed up black plastic. ... show more
