The media could not be loaded. Puts out a good amount of flame and heat. I got this for an evening party, and it really added a ton of value to the ambience. People can put their drinks on the edge and the flame is really beautiful and adjustable. Had an issue with the igniter and the company sent me a brand new igniter so I trust this company for their follow-through. I also recommend getting a propane tank that has the fill level indicator gauge so you know how full it is. ... show more

For the quality, the size, and everything you get with this - you can't beat this product! Strong plastic-like wicker frame with a handy slide out for your propane tank so it is hidden from view, and easily removable/insertable. The glass wind shield is worth the price of this entire set up - and works great at providing ambiance and keeping flame level when it's windy outside. Flame is great, moderate heat output - I wish it was warmer, but it's also february, so there's that. I can't think of a single thing wrong with this other than it was a pain to install with a hex wrench, but it is what it is! ... show more

After my last review complaining that the starter quit working and I could not get any satisfaction I heard directly from the manufacturer. They had closed shop and say they were not getting my requests. They reached out to me, tried to fix the problem, and eventually replaced the fire pit. The media could not be loaded. Several reasons I like this fire pit: - it came with a waterproof cover for outside - glass on top is removable but also held steady and stable by brackets - came with tools to assemble - instructions were easy to read. Note that there is 1 triple A battery required for the ignition part of this table. We could NOT find where it was. Took us 10 minutes to figure out where to put the battery in: it simply goes inside the button for ignition! You unscrew the button! We couldn’t find it in the instructions though when we looked. But all in all this is a very nice, very beautiful piece of patio furniture and actually works quickly and efficiently and would be good for anyone. The price is fair! ... show more
