The fountain arrived with a broken cover on the top. and there was damage to one edge of the third tier that had been sloppily repaired before packaging. I was able to glue the lid but will live with the sloppy repair. It would be a pain to try to return. Not at all pleased with this price point!

The media could not be loaded. This waterfall fountain is amazing, this came already assembled took me 10 minutes to get it running with water. Indoor use might be a little loud but not annoying for outdoor use this is very soothing to hear and see. As you can see with the pictures the water and light combination really stands out. The textured feels like concrete and looks real. Once water is added it's feel and looks sturdy, seems like this foundation will last a long time. Overall very happy with this waterfall no complaints, will update if I have any issues with this product.

Sets the scene to be romantic or just relaxing It can be used indoor or outdoors! It isnt too heavy so I am able to move it if need be! The sounds are so calming its perfect to come home to after a long days of work!

I cannot say this is true for all of the fountains, but the one I received was defective. Instead of the levels being staggered out to different distances so that the water can cascade from one level to another, the first and second levels on my fountain were parallel, aligned almost perfectly, so that the water from the first level overshot the second level and spilled out of the fountain completely. This may not be true of all the fountains, and I hope it isn't, but I was very disappointed.
