I took a chance based off other reviews and I wasn't disappointed. I've gone a 2017 Inspiron Dell and it's a great computer but the batter took a dive, and so did the cord. I couldn't find a new replacement anywhere else. And Dell doesn't even carry it for my lap too. This did the trick, fit perfectly and came.with a charge. So far the battery life is holding up to about 3 hrs of constantly using it. 4 hrs starts to drop bellow 40%. (I'm using an intense illustration program) Fast charge. Great price!     • Don't waste your money with the manufacturer, get this!
Buying a replacement battery directly from the brand manufacturer would've cost $130 + taken more than a month for delivery. I didn't have a month when my battery was depleted thus affecting my laptop performance. I even talked to someone about faster delivery, wanting to see if there were any options for that and was told "WE CANNOT CHANGE DELIVERY TIMES", like that in all capital letters. Also I really wasn't wanting to pay that large of a sum for a battery, for that cost I might as well put that kind of money into buying a new laptop. Anyway, this works out great. Its compatible with my laptop, is the same voltage as my old battery, and is doing what it needs to do. The battery does not come fully 100% charged, but it charges up fully within a half and I get several hours of a charge without the adapter needing to be plugged in. Why bother wasting your money with the manufacturer when this works just the same? I will recommend this to anyone needing a new battery! ... show more
