Putting it together was super easy, and installing the program software too. I have had it 2 weeks now and still can’t learn the program. I searched youtube videos and follow the steps yet nothing is accomplished. If you are not very programs savy, I would NOT recommend this. Back to Cricut engraving 🤷🏻♀️

I am unable to reach product support via any means. The information shipped with the product is not sufficient for proper set-up and use of tool.

It works however, the software only allows you to etch not create. So if you purchase this item your going to need software to work with this item.
