I’m SO happy with this product. This was my first time ever making almond milk. I used the recipe book and followed the almond milk instructions, then soaked my almonds right in the soy milk maker machine using the 8-hour delay start the night before. I added a little stevia, vanilla extract, and sea salt—and in the morning, I had fresh almond milk! The strainer is small, but it works amazingly well at catching the pulp. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy! The size is great, the capacity is perfect, and it even looks stylish on the counter. Plus, it’s not loud at all. I really couldn’t be happier!
