The media could not be loaded. I added a 2 TB drive to the enclosure and have attached a 2nd 4K Monitor and put the 3 USB's through some work. I also use it's audio out my mixer. It's been smooth sailing - for a month - hoping for years. I have not had to use the additional power supply. I DO WISH SOMEONE from the company would respond to my question about how to apply what I assume is the heat tape that was included. That would be awesome, but that's just a fine point and not a complaint, I just don't know the proper way to use it. Very happy.

The product works as intended! Definitely functional and easily to install. However there are three slight drawbacks I have. The compartment where the Hard drive is to be installed doesn’t come with the proper screwdriver to open it. Almost stripped the screw and wouldn’t have been able to install my added memory. Which would have been devastating. This leads me to the second issue I had, the shipping time was over 30 days which was unexpected. I assume this is an Asian product that’s likely why the shipping time took as long as it did, however considering the issue I was having if I had needed a replacement I know it would have taken an outrageous amount of time. Third and final drawback is the build quality left an expectation of the Max Mini M4 Pro to fit in the compartment nice and snug, and it doesn’t quite do that. It fits more like a loose sock. Not a huge issue however it leaves some room for improvement in my opinion. All of the ports work great, and function as expected and I was able to get my added 2TB storage installed so overall I’d recommend. My gripes feel minor but perhaps I’m not a tough critic. I’d caution anyone using the added storage compartment, to use a proper screwdriver because the flathead that comes with it may strip the screws.

The best add-on you can get! Macs are great, but this is the remodeled new mini little smaller little but a little bit taller. But as always, they’re still lacking some ports that I deem necessary for my type of work. The stock fits perfectly and matches the factory color. It gives me additional ports so I can keep all my accessories, neat and clean Nearby. I have added external hard drives, and monitors. There’s extra USB ports so I can small data drives. Love the size and love the look. The price is great. I have no problems or complaints at all. It’s a wonderful addition to my home office.

It works, but it covers the power switch on the Mac mini M4 too much and the Mac Mini tends to slide around on this dock. I returned it and bought a separate dock that sits beside the Mac mini.

Does exactly what it is advertised to do, adds more ports for the Mac Mini. Also allowed for and additional external drive with up to 8TB that you have to purchase separately. So far the unit is functioning well and what I have plugged into the ports has been recognized without issues. One drawback is that it covers the power button for the Mac Mini. If you leave the unit on, its not an issue.
