Granted, I just received, cut and installed this a few minutes ago so I can't comment on longevity yet. This was a completely satisfying purchase so far. I bought a case for a new computer I built earlier this year. Oddly it didn't come with a dust filter for one set of vents (a 3x1 120mm fan bank). I used a scissors to snip an initial cut location, but realized I could just fold the metal grid and it would follow the hole pattern to give me a nice, squared off fold. I bent it back and forth a couple times and it came right apart. The magnetic strips seem very sticky and seem to hold to the screen well. My cut and assembled screen (magnetically) stuck to my case perfectly. My only gripe is I had to buy 4 times as much product as I needed, but there weren't really any other package size options on amazon that could get me the 120mm x 360mm screen I needed. Not really the product's fault.

I had a P600s with a top mounted radiator. Was looking for something to cover up the mesh at the top in case my cats’ claws got stuck in there. Trimming took some finesse, but it works for my purposes. Only con is that at 1MM the airflow is obviously affected. It's fairly significant, but it's better than the top of the case causing the radiator to just regurgitate hot air back into the case. Magnets could be stronger but it will attach to metal vertically just fine. The material is nice, though if you're a smudge monster you might get annoyed.

Cut screen and included pre-glue applied magnet strips to desired size and shape. Using on the open air intake sides of my computer desktop case. Magnets hold great on the case metals. easy to cut. easy to remove from case and can be cleaned either with vacuuming, dust blower, wiping with paper towel or by running under water faucet. Doesn't impede air flow but collects dust. Price is very reasonable.

This is the stuff here, excellent thickness, plenty of material to fully filter an entire larger size gaming tower. It comes packaged in a large plastic sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard that keep it from getting beat up, folded, or otherwise damaged. No mesh will ever fully dust proof your computer, this will only increase the amount of time between routine cleanings that are necessary to keep your system running at peak performance. The holes are on this are such that they should be able to keep out pet hair, your hair, and larger material. I don't notice any restriction in air volume and temps seem relatively stable in very close to pre mesh temps, I'm seeing a .5 to 1 degree c increase which is negligible. This stuff is easy to work with, cut, and attach the magnets. Magnetic hold is pretty decent as well. After reading reviews on several others like this I noticed a common thing in that generally it's shipped in a roll which gets damaged in shipping. This was one of the few that is shipped correctly and the price is lower than others that are shipped rolled. Save yourself a few bucks and the aggravation of receiving damaged mesh and go with this one.
