Not exactly 10” closer to 9.5”. I was going to use for 5” quilting squares. Some of the prints are pretty though.

I am making un-paper towels for Christmas gifts. I wanted pre-cut fabric to make it go faster. The fabric is uniform in cut and the patterns are all cute and pretty. I'm enjoying sewing with these as each layer of the bundle is a different design. My family will love these!

I loved the colors and size of the fabric

If the exact size of these pieces matters to you then do not buy. The heading description says they are 10 inch squares. It does however use the word "approx." in the detailed description. Some of us use a pattern that is very exact, and mine had to be exactly 10 inches, NOT 9 3/4". In my opinion it is not a good quality of fabric it is very thin. But that brings me to do what I should have done before ordering this. These pieces are 9.75" x 9.75", to make 1 yard of fabric would take 18, measuring 39" x 43.875"( yes that is 3" over the 36" yard) Anyway, now this package has 40 squares, so 36 squares gives you 2 yards and 4 leftover squares. Which means you are paying $7.49 per yard. Now, in most fabric stores 100% cotton is on sale now for about 4.99yard and it is much nicer fabric (also the non sale price is usually 6.99yd still cheaper than this packaged fabric and better qualtiy) So in summary, if you do not care about the thinness of the fabric quality or that you are not getting the actual size in the heading, and the price is almost twice what you could get in the fabric shops. And if you just want the variety of the pieces without having to go and get them cut, then by all means get this package. I personally like better quality and saving money, so I plan to return mine.
