Sturdy quality, nice home exercise option
I'm a beginner, and this rebounder is more than adequate. I only bounce, I don't jump, but it feels sturdy. Watch a set up video which will show you how to use the included tool to attach the bungee cords. It's simple once you see how it's done. I like the handle for stability.

It makes it easier to get some exercise.
Good product, quiet, easy to assemble. I am trying to use it every day, pretty good success so far. I can tell it is engaging my muscles in my calves and legs. It gets my heart rate up quickly, too. It’s fun to bounce while I watch TV, eliminates several excuses I made to avoid exercising. The handle is a nice safety feature for me, being a little older with a wonky knee.

Does everything it claims. I would buy it again.
I love this thing. I have difficulty walking for more than 5 minutes because of my back, but I can stay on this until my legs give out. So far, I've had not back pain or knee pain. This was not the easiest to put together (my husband did it for me), but he eventually got it. It's very bouncy, very stable, and I feel safe on it. I feel great after I've been on it. It's not often that I can actually exercise enough to matter, but now I can and I'm seeing a difference in my stamina and energy every day. I can't speak to the foldability or long-term durability yet. When I can, I will update that. This is perfectly suited for my senior overweight self and I see good things coming from it.

Stable, quiet, and sturdy. Nice for the price!
Actually, this is a really nice rebounder - good bounce, nice quality. It was very easy to put together with the included tool for assembling the elastic bands. The included instructions were adequate. The only thing I don't like about this rebounder is the balance bar. Because of its position - a good 6" from the leading edge and spanning the width of the exercise area - it gets in the way of a good arm swing. I find it better for me to turn the other way and rebound with it behind me. I suppose if one was frail or had really bad balance they might like to hold onto the nicely padded bar. But for me, it's in the way. Full disclosure: the bar *is* removable, but the bar holder is Not removable and sticks up a good 15" on each side of the rebound surface. That seems dangerous to me, so I won't remove the bar.

Lightweight yet sturdy, very bouncy
My son and I assembled this together. Initially we had some trouble putting the strings together, but after two attempts, it was easy to install. My son likes to jump on it. I also tried without the pole and it surely is bouncy for a happy workout!

Newly assembled mini trampoline..sturdy, makes me ( a beginner!) feel safe, and not difficult to put together. Starting with the “ health bounce”.

Due not buy , horrible item worst experience
I wouldn’t even give it one star , my wife was assembling it and the trampoline snapped back at her and cut her in the four head , we had to call an ambulance and get her to the hospital immediately, this isn’t a safe item to purchase , be very careful in assembling this item , now I have my wife in the hospital getting stiches and a scared in her face that will be there for ever
