Buen material.

  • Good quality but there is an extra (but essential) part not explained in the instructions
I've been wanting to try trampoline fitness, but I've been putting it off because I know I'm entirely too old for this silliness. But, well, wish me luck because I'm gonna do it anyway. So, the instructions looked pretty simple. Unfold it and screw in the legs. I was tickled to see the springs, frame, and fabric were already pre-assembled. Yay! I was confused because there was this shriveled up piece of plastic in the box that wasn't mentioned anywhere in the instructions nor in the parts list. I figured it would make sense as I was putting it together, so I followed the instructions precisely. It does take a good bit of pressure to open the trampoline and it is quite difficult if you are short. If you can enlist a victim to stand on one side while you unfold it, that would be helpful. After several unsuccessful attempts to distribute my 5'0", 120 lb. body across it in a way that would lock it open, I decided to enlist my piano to hold the other side. That worked wonders. Make sure you have a piano handy to unfold it if you are small. Next step in the instructions was to screw in the 6 legs. The legs had a few splinter / shards on the edges, so this was a proceed with caution assembly. A couple of the legs were rebellious and started to cross-thread, so pay close attention and do not try to force the legs to turn. I would definitely recommend some stl to lubricate the threads. Still, it was a pretty simple installation. Especially if you have a piano. I couldn't figure out how to fold it after it was assembled unless you unscrew all of the legs. So, while it is technically foldable, you aren't going to want to go through that every time you use it. Now, for the piece of shriveled up plastic that was in the box and not explained in the instructions ... It looked like a safety cover for the springs. And, after coming back to the website to solve the mystery, that was exactly what it was. Pretty important piece! But no instructions anywhere for putting it on. There are holes where the legs go that are pretty obvious. But there are 2 extra holes that, as best I could figure, are for over the hinges. Here's the problem: The thing fits like a glove, so it is impossible to put it on once the legs are screwed in. That meant unscrewing 5 of the legs to get the safety cover on. Ugh. Once it was all assembled, I noticed a few of the triangle metal pieces that attach the spring to the fabric were twisted. That was tricky to fix because it is very tight once open. So make sure all of the triangles are positioned correctly before snapping the trampoline open. Again, this really should have been mentioned in the instructions. After finishing my calorie-burning assembly workout, I gave it a spin. Surprisingly, I didn't face-plant on the tile floor. I'm small so I don't get a ton of bounce on any trampoline, but I definitely got enough of a bounce to get in a decent little exercise session. So, the quality of the trampoline instructions was excellent and there is plenty of bounce. The instructions need some work, and it is not as foldable as I expected it to be. Still, very happy with the product. ... show more

  • Great Low Impact Fitness Addition
I've been using fitness trampolines for years and this one is the best I've tried. It comes with eay to understand set up directions and I was able to start using it in about 10 minutes. The surface is very taut and is held on with springs instead of elastic straps like many others. This is also a bit higher than some. I keep mine on the living room so I can hop on it while watching TV. This did not come with a handle bar. When I use it, I do an exaggerated walk that feels safer to me than bouncing and easier on joints. The quality of this trampoline is very nice and I think I'll get a few years of exercise out of it. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a low impact addition to their fitness routine. Highly recommend! ... show more

  • Fun, Low-Impact Exercise for Small Spaces (Folds Up!)
I was looking for a way to get active without stressing my body, and this trampoline was a super exciting find. Due to a medical issue, I need low-impact exercise, and this provides a fun way to get my heart rate up without the harsh impact of running on pavement. Assembly & Storage •Setup: Assembly was surprisingly easy. It came mostly pre-assembled; I just had to attach the legs. •Space-Saving: The best feature for apartment dwellers is that it folds up "like a taco" (in half/quarters). It is fairly small and easy to tuck away when not in use, making it great for limited spaces. Performance & Feel •The Bounce: It feels very sturdy underfoot and has a great rebound. It doesn't feel flimsy or like you are going to hit the floor. •Stability: The legs feel solid, and I haven't felt unsafe using it. Quality Control Note (The Shifting Rings) The only reason I knocked off a star is a concern about the mat construction. •The Issue: I noticed that a couple of the metal rings (V-rings) that hold the jumping mat to the springs/bands have shifted or rotated within their fabric loops. •Impact: So far, it hasn't affected the stability or the bounce, but I am keeping an eye on it to make sure the stitching holds up over time. Bottom Line If you need a compact, joint-friendly way to exercise at home, this is a solid choice. It’s sturdy, easy to store, and gets the job done. Just give the mat rings a quick inspection when it arrives to make sure everything is aligned. ... show more

  • Low quality, not sturdy
Terrible product - impossible to put together with just one person, not level, doesn’t feel sturdy at all.

  • Sturdy, Quiet, and Surprisingly Fun Workout!
I’m really impressed with the FITKS360 40" Foldable Fitness Trampoline. Assembly was quick and straightforward, and it feels extremely sturdy once set up. The safety pad is well-made and gives peace of mind, especially during higher-energy workouts. What really stands out is how quiet and smooth the rebound is—perfect for indoor use without disturbing others. I’ve been using it for low-impact cardio, balance work, and quick workouts, and it’s honestly a fun way to get moving without stressing my joints. The foldable design is a huge plus. It stores easily when not in use and works great both indoors and outdoors. Overall, this rebounder feels well-built, safe, and effective. Great value for the price and a solid addition to any home fitness setup. Highly recommend! ... show more
