    • The doors wouldn’t slide due to defective cheap plastic channel

This item will take one person at least 4 hrs to put together. I paid someone $150 to do it, then found out the channel in the wood that the bottom of doors is surposed to side back and forth on, well why they make one of the important parts out of cheap plastic, I don’t know. The channel on one side narrowed down in several areas preventing doors from moving. Amazon said they would have someone take it apart and ship it out then I’m out $150, I even got insurance on it and they would not see if company could send new channels or send someone to replace it, well my Customer service rep kept fighting for me, at this point I should have gone to upscale furniture store since I’ve now paid almost $500, well finally Amazon agreed thanks to my rep, to gift card me $ 100 to pay someone to mold a metal channel so doors will move. I will never purchase furniture that needs a lot of installation . Especially if your paying as there’s no guarantee when your done it will all be in perfect condition as they don’t reimburse any fee you paid to set up. I don’t know why I paid $56 for insurance, what is there purpose. Just a warning for all, sometimes your better off going and getting it in one piece, CS are the best. ... show more
