The hydraulic pump installation was not easy if you are assembling solo, so have help. i dont like how the instructions have you put the table top on after installation of that pump because its difficult to drill the screws to the table. The media could not be loaded. This is the perfect size for my living room! I really like how the top lifts up. Only giving 4 stars because assembly was a pain in the butt, the instructions were helpful but it would’ve been more helpful if it was a little more specific in different parts, but overall they did a good job. My box also came damaged but everything inside was in great condition, I just want Amazon to remind their drivers to respect when a box says “fragile”. The lift top is a little wobbly on the way down, but overall it’s nice. I also really like the storage underneath. It is the perfect spot for my husband and I’s books that we are currently reading. Overall, great product for what you pay! We will see how it holds up over time, but first impression is this is a great coffee table! ... show more

I love my coffee table! I was able to build it without any major tools, just a screwdriver and the tool provided. Instructions were a little unclear, I put a part on backwards, but it was an easy fix.
