AVOID THIS DRONE; AVOID THIS COMPANY! My poor review reflects "terrible " customer support with hidden costs for support. During my maiden flight at 50' elevation in an open field, the drone stopped working and fell like a brick. One "arm" was fractured. It seems repairable. My call to Bingchat to "Sophia" chatbot resulted in some exchanged information based on " her" prompts. She reported that for $5 (refundable) I would be connected to a tech for further evaluation. As I completed the credit card information before submitting the completed form I read the fine print which indicated I was agreeing to a recurring monthly charge of $37.95 for membership. Hopefully, I can repair and fly without their help. With this DEAL BREAKER, I recommend dealing with main brands who support their customers with integrity!

My first drone, I’m paralyzed on my right side and my left side is a bit of a mess. So this drone is great I am enjoying learning how to fly, camera is unbelievable, the unit itself is great stable quick response. This drone broke after 2 days. I sent the entire thing back. Drone and Base. They only sent me the drone. What good is it without the base? It sits on my desk as I need it for High School Football games. And they are making me jump through hoops. Unbelievable, that's all I can say. I spent about 700 dollars

This Bingchat drone is great ! It flys really well and it has OAS , obstacle avoidance system , I love it , it also has a 1.1 pound payload capability and automatic drop mechanism ! It also has 42 min flight time , depending on how strong the wind is ! I would recommend this drone !
