The media could not be loaded. My wife and I were looking for a tall fountain for our patio. Given the limited options, we chose this one. We’ve waited some time to post our review to ensure durability/no leaks etc… Bottom line. It’s beautiful. The stone colors are perfect for us, yet, may vary for others preferences. It’s well constructed and arrived well protected in its box via FedEx. Nobody can control damage in the shipping process except the delivery companies themselves. It leaves their facility in mint condition and if it shows up in mint condition this is the fountain you want. Can’t be more pleased. Only suggestion would be use a shop vac to remove manufacturing debris from the water well before activating the pump so it doesn’t clog up with fiberglass dust/particles.

The media could not be loaded. It has a stunning appearance and very easy to assemble! Just be aware that it *is resin so there’s a bit of a “hollow” sound when the water falls. Adding rocks helped a bit. The lights in the picture show it having a warm yellow, but ours has bright white. I’m hoping to find replacement lights.

This is a gorgeous fountain, sounds great but didn't hold to well to the elements. I purchased this 1yr and 2 months ago and had to recently do quite a bit of touch up to the paint as much it faded and/or chipped off. The filters that keep the water flowing evenly will probably need to be replaced as they are not working properly now. The artificial plants turned a neon green and needed to be removed. For the amount that this fountain costs I would expect better quality it should last more than a year. I've included a picture of the fountain before I did the restoration work to it.

This fountain has been a beautiful addition to my yard, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The soothing sound of the water running at a steady pace is incredibly calming. I love that the flow speed can be adjusted to suit my mood, whether I want it slow and tranquil or a bit faster. The lighting at night is another lovely feature it’s calming and not too bright, but not too dim, just perfect. The fountain itself looks fantastic, and I’m excited to plant greenery around it to enhance the serene vibe even more. My friends and family have all complimented how beautiful it is, and many are now considering getting one for themselves. I also had a few questions for customer service, and they were quick to respond and very helpful. They resolved a small issue I had efficiently, so five stars to customer service as well. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

This fountain is tall and beautiful. The lights are stunning at night! Downfall is the opening to fill the tank. It has a 5”round opening with no cover. Ordered last April and two of the LED lights are only partially working. Are there replacement light available?
