This arrived balled-up and shrink-wrapped. There was nothing I could do to get rid of wrinkles despite stuffing with towels overnight and heating with hair dryer to try to smooth them out. Looks like I'm carrying around my dirty laundry! The front pocket is also too narrow to fit a 3-ring binder. Looks nice in the picture but the reality is much different!

I wanted a change from my old plain black guitar case, although it looked ok, is sturdy and in perfect condition. I've just joined an exciting music group, and chose this attractive light gray one. I'm very glad I read the reviews first, because someone mentioned the tightly folded/rolled up system of boxed packaging and mentioned theirs came very creased. But I thought just maybe the packing has changed, and that I'd risk it. Sadly no, it arrived as that reviewer described. What a shame. I've knocked a main star off solely because of the crinkled result when unpacked, and "sturdiness and support" are rated 4 stars because the case is a fabric one and would not protect against serious roughness. For my purposes it is fine, and looks very smart and individual, if creased in places. I used a steam iron over a damp cloth to reduce the creasing, which did help a little. But if only the case could be, say, just folded in half for distribution??

It's more padded than these usually are, which is why I picked this one and not one of the many others. The size is good for a regular adult sized acoustic guitar, pockets are usable, and it actually looks like the image in person.
