bought two. one didnt charge corectly. exchanged it. 2nd didnt stay charged. i dont believe they refurbish them and definately donot think they test them. dont buy.

Go pro looked new in case, except the camera won't turn on. I am on the process of replacing the battery with new battery to see if it is just the battery or if Camera is just no good.
