A lot to put together but I had bought this set and a few more chairs and with an assembly line it wasn’t too bad to put together everything plus extra screws were in the bag. Bonus. The set looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the sturdiness and the quality. I was surprised. You never know what you get sometimes. But this was a great find and purchase. The media could not be loaded. The backs are high and support the cushions. I could not find any photos of the product without the cushions on them but I could glimpse what I wanted to know enough to make the purchase. I’d have appreciated better photos with no cushions so I have added those in my review for others. While shopping around, I realized many patio couches do not have back structures that go up the full length of the cushions and there were a lot of mentions about how uncomfortable that was. I also noticed a lot of the half support styles on resale sites. Once fully assembled, the metal structures of the couch and chairs feels sturdy and very lightweight for what it is. As you can see, it is all a tight fit on my particular patio but I wasn’t worried because I measured a million times and shopped around for over a year before getting this. Having shopped around for over a year, I can tell you that anything under nine fifty (including shipping) for an aluminum patio furniture set is an absolute steal. I put it together by myself. I won’t say how long it took me because it is really hot and I was moving very very slowly by choice. I will say that it was notably easy to put together. I definitely recommend putting the chairs together first and keeping the little wrench tools as the couch requires two tools at one point but only comes with one. My cat is fully approves and my friends may not see me again this summer. I have my new happy place. EDIT: I bought this and first reviewed it two months ago, July 2024. I have a few thoughts I would like to add having used this set so much the last two months: 1) This swivel chairs are absolutely amazing. I am obsessed. I have no negative comments. 2) The couch has very notably thinner bottom cushions than the swivel chairs, and as result, you can really feel the bars underneath it. It is NOT comfortable for me, but my teenager does not have a problem with it and neither does my cat. However, my teen is less half my size AND age and doesn’t have chronic body pain like I do. 3) The two side bottom cushions on the couch slip out from under the armrest in the back, making it really hard to nap on or move around on at all on. I purchased and applied black sand paper grip tape for pretty cheap—which you can see in my video review—and that has FULLY solved this issue but it would be nice if it wasn’t an issue to begin with. SUMMARY: If I went back two months ago, I would still buy this set. I really wish the bottom cushions were the same on both the chairs and the couch, but ultimately, thin cushions is the risk you run with any set that you buy. NOTE TO SELLER: If you were to send me three of the thicker style cushions, I would be eternally grateful.

10/2/25 ordered 10/9 arrived Started assembly. Decent Instruction book. However, the parts themselves are NOT labeled. (hardware is labeled). So, the chairs were assembled within 1.5hours. But it is very possible on the couch to switch components and not realize it until your last step. Which is what occurred to us. When we attempted to disassemble the couch, we found that 1 bolt and built-in nut were locked. Unable to unscrew them. Thus, 2 parts became damaged while getting them separated. 10/10 Requested 2 replacement parts 10/16 They took 2-3 days to decide, but Shipped replacement parts Parts sat at FedEx loading for a few days. I was getting worried about our warranty time. Finally after calling FedEx, the parts suddenly started moving (i.e., got scanned at other locations along the way). 10/22 Original day replacement parts were supposed to have arrived per FedEx came and went without a delivery. FedEx claims that this day was not the "commitment" arrival day. Indicated 10/24 was. 10/23 Replacement parts finally arrived. The Seller sent more parts than requested. The box was poorly packed. During assembly of the couch we found a new issue with one of the built-in-nuts that would not properly thread. Luckily one of the extra parts they sent was able to be subbed and we were able to finish assembling the last part (the foot support in the middle). Summary: Overall, It's a nice set. Pillows could be thicker, but are firm/comfortable. Assembly took longer than it should have -- mostly due to issues with the couch -- due to poor, non-existent marking of the parts. (Reported this to Amazon, but my impression was that they will not pass it along to the seller). If you assemble the 2 couch back pieces or the 2 seat pieces incorrectly, you have to disassemble the entire couch to re-start the assembly. Also because some of the built-in-nuts have threading that is messed up, it was impossible to thread a bolt to hold the parts together. And when you are at the last step when this occurs, you end up having to disassemble the entire set. Luckily they sent more replacement pieces than we knew were actually damaged. Overall I am giving 4 Stars. It is good looking set and the seller was responsive to the problems that arose.
