I finally tried these cleaning sponges after seeing them pretty much everywhere. I will say, they are a nice size and do quickly absorb moisture. SO, when cleaning up liquids, they do seem to do well there. Also, they're easy to rinse off and continue using. However, when using for dusting or cleaning glass, the dust builds up on them very quickly and pretty soon you're just pushing around little dust piles. They clean a window OK when coupled with cleaner, but they need to be VERY clean from the start. Is it that much better than a microfiber towel? Not so much. I bought these because I had loved the same type foam in a floor mop. It is rubbery and great for getting into odd-shaped spaces. You can control the amount of wetness you want to use better than a rag or a cello sponge. It's a handy size. I used it on the birdcage and it did a great job removing dust as well as stubborn dirt, without having to use chemicals, and it can squeeze between the bars and other little spaces. Did some fall dusting and cleaning. Tested these out on floors and on blinds. They worked ok. I thought the grooves in the sponges might be perfect for blinds but the grooves are not deep enough for that. Still they felt comfortable in my hand and performed as I expected a sponge to.

They pick up everything, and almost work like a magic eraser, but without falling apart or taking the paint off your walls. They pick up dust easily, clean baseboards and windows, and don’t get stained or damaged easily at all.

They do work I’ll give them that. I can’t say they’re any better than a duster or rag. I don’t hate them by any means. They are just not as amazing as the influencers make them seem.

The media could not be loaded. These dust sponges cleaner are great. Love how its reusable and washable. Very environmental friendly. Simple use the sponge damp, it work like magic removing dust. I used them on all my baseboards in the house along with the help of my kids. Very easy to use and after each use just rinse off the dust, clean it, and reuse. I started using it all over my house where there are dust, like my wood window blinds, counters, etc. Very soft when its wet and when its dry it harden up, simply just soak the sponge with water it will be soft again. Very weird looking, they are great for removing dust rather than spreading it around and into the air as many dusters do. They dry out after a few days so need re-wetting from time to time.

Got these a bit wet and wiped down blinds and blinds got cleaner. Was easy to run these under water to clean the bars and get back to cleaning. Not sure why it has the slits as it's not like it can be run through blinds, but easy to clean and collect dust more than a towel as those hold on to the dust more. ... show more
